Returns

We gladly accept returns!

To get started, contact us within 14 days of delivery, and dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized orders
Earrings due to hygiene reasons

We cannot accept cancellations if your order has already been processed/posted.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
